DAY 86 DAVID'S KINDNESS TO MEPHIBOSHETH
Bible passage 2 Samuel 9:1-9.

David was a very powerful and rich king. With all his power and riches, he did not
forget God and his dear friend, Jonathan who had died. As a show of his love to
Jonathan, he searched for anyone in Saul's family that he could be kind to. Remember,
Saul, even though he was Jonathan's father that wanted to kill David, Jonathan's best
friend. David did not ask for someone in Jonathan's family only, but anyone in Saul's.
Sometimes people hurt us, but we must not pay back "evil for evil".
