DAY 80  GOD ANSWERS HANNAH’S PRAYER

Bible Passage:  1 Samuel 2:9-16, 30-22

There is nothing impossible or too difficult for God to do. Hannah was very unhappy because she had no child. She prayed, crying to God to give her a son and God who answers when we ask for the right thing according to His will answered her prayer. Sometimes, our answer to prayer does not come immediately. God may want us to wait for the right time.

Note that she remembered to keep her promise that she would give the child back to God to work in the temple. When we make promises to God we must keep them.

TODAY’S ACTION

Think about any promise you have made but have not kept. If still possible, make sure you fulfil them. Claim one promise of God for yourself now.
