The rest of the chapters of Exodus and the earlier chapters of Leviticus are further
breakdown and detailed explanation of God's laws. Today's passage explains what
will happen if we are obedient and the opposite when we disobey. God loves us very
dearly and is merciful to us but we must give Him all honour by obeying Him.
God is Holy and hates sin. Disobedience of His laws is sin so, as soon as we realise our
mistakes, we must pray for forgiveness. He has promised that if we are truly sorry and
ask for forgiveness, He will answer us.
TODAY'S ACTION
Pray for your family and the country. Ask for God's mercy so that He can forgive the
sins against Him. Pray that people will remember God's reward for obedience and try
their best to get these rewards.
