THE LITTLE BOY, JESUS

Bible Passage Luke 2:41-51

Jesus was only 12 years old and He was able to listen to teachers in the temple and ask them questions.  How He could do that for 3 days without missing His parents is amazing.  He must have been so interested in finding out what those teachers knew.  Remember, He already knew everything!

His answer to His parents shows that at that age, He already knew that God was His father.  His parents did not understand even though Angel Gabriel had told them even before Mary became pregnant that He was a special child and his pregnancy will be from the Holy Spirit of God.

TODAY’S ACTION

Do you love being in God’s house (your church)?  If you have been going reluctantly or pretending to be sick when you should go, pray for forgiveness now.  Determine to go there to learn.
