DAY 159. THE KING ON A DONKEY

Bible Passage: Zechariah 9:9-10.

Prophet Zechariah saw many visions and had messages from God to the people. He, like the other prophets warned the people about God's punishment for their sins. He spoke about how God will bless Jerusalem and the people. One very important message was the one of today, where he mentioned that the king was riding the colt of a donkey. You will see later, in the New Testament, how Jesus rode into Jerusalem on the colt of a donkey.
