DAY 158. CALL TO BUILD THE TEMPLE
Bible Passage. Haggai 1:1-11.
Many of us live in beautiful houses today and clean our houses, but feel too ashamed to be seen cleaning our churches. We say it is the job of the cleaners. There is so much to do in the house of God that no matter how many cleaners we have, there will always be something to do to make the place look better. Besides, if the church is very clean, then we must be careful not to dirty it with our pieces of paper, chewing gum, etc. God is not locked up in the church when we all go home, but as He promised, He is with us at all times. When we are inside the church, God is there and when in our rooms at home or in the classroom, He is there!! That means our rooms and classrooms must be clean also!
