DAY 83 SAUL REJECTED AS KING.
Bible Passage:1 Samuel 15:1-3, 7-11, 22-23
Saul whom God chose as king became too big to obey God completely. He did not even see anything wrong with partial obedience because he thought that God liked sacrifices. Verses 22 and 23 explain clearly that what HOD wants is our obedience and humbleness. He dislikes disobedience and pride. Some of our sacrifices today include giving our offering (money) to God (in church), or to beggars, doing things like singing in the choir, providing other services or helping others etc. God likes us to do these things, but first, we must not sin against him. If we do, we must confess our sins and ask for forgiveness.

TODAY’S ACTION
