Bible Passage Colossians 4:2-6

An evangelist is a Christian who goes about telling people about The Good News. Paul was an apostle and evangelist. He went from town to town preaching. Evangelists need our prayers for God's protection, boldness and wisdom about how to make people understand their messages. Paul asked the Christians in Colosse (a trade city in Asia Minor or present day Turkey) to continue to pray for him and other evangelists. We must do the same for our evangelists today.
