JESUS AND ZACCHAEUS*
Bible Passage Luke 19:1-10
Jesus is always using Himself as an example for us. He knew very well that Zacchaeus was a sinful man, who made himself rich by taking too much tax from people. Jesus loved Zacchaeus enough to go to his house but not his sins. He went so that He could help Zacchaeus change his ways. Zacchaeus repented even though we are not told that Jesus had said anything to him about his sin. We must never think we are holier than others. That is what Jesus is explaining to us today.
