Bible Passage Luke 10:17-20

Jesus has promised that all who believe in Him and accept Him as their Saviour will be given authority over evil powers.  The 72 men were very excited that they could drive out demons in Jesus’ name.  The same power given to them is what Jesus gives to His followers today.

TODAY’S ACTION

Are you afraid of darkness?  If you have the Holy Spirit in you, then you should not be afraid of any evil power in the darkness.  That does not mean you should be going to dark places for fun!   Pray for the Holy Spirit to fill you.
