Are you still asking the type of question Nicodemus asked Jesus?  If yes, then read again verses 5, 6, 16 and 17.  Everyone who says he/she is a Christian must be born again.  If you are not yet born again, you need to pray this prayer.  “Lord Jesus, I have been running my own life and have sinned against you.  Come into my life and forgive my sins.  Take control of my life and make me a new person”.  Thank you for answering my prayer.
