JESUS HEALS PEOPLE

Bible Passage Mat 8:1-17 (also in Mark 1:29-34, 40-50, Luke 4:38-41, 5:12-16 and 7:1-10)

Jesus did many wonderful things which we call "miracles". He healed the sick by miracles; he did not give drugs but commanded them to be healed and they became well. However, sometimes, he used some materials, for example, He mixed His sputum with the soil and put the paste on the eyes of a blind man to heal him.  He still heals today when we pray to Him and ask Him to do so. We may need to take drugs if the doctor advises us to, but even before going to the doctor, we should pray that we will be given the right drugs. We must also pray that the drugs will not harm us but do what they are supposed to do to make us well.
