DAY 152. GOD’S MERCY MADE JONAH ANGRY

Bible Reading Jonah 3:10 and 4:1-11

Do you see now why we should pray that God should forgive even those who do bad things to us?  God is merciful and He wants us to be merciful too.  Jonah was angry because God changed His mind about destroying Nineveh.  The people of Nineveh had repented, and because of this, God saved their lives.

Jonah was angry because he felt that the people would think that he is a false prophet since what he said would happen never did.  We should not be happy when bad things happen to others.

Pray that God will help you to be merciful and kind to others.
