Yesterday, Paul said we should not judge others by the food they eat because it is not the food  we eat that makes God accept us. Today however, he warns that if what we eat will hurt another person's faith, then we should stop eating it. It is better to stop eating it and help the person to have salvation.

Ask mummy or daddy about foods that some people in your country do not eat because they are forbidden(taboo). Note: However that some forbidden foods are actually nutritious and good for us. Find out about them on the internet if you have access to one.
