THE WIDE AND NARROW GATES

Bible Passage Mat 7:13-23 (also in Luke 13;24)

Today's passage is explaining how it is so easy to do the wrong things which the Bible calls "sin". Many people prefer to go on the wide road which leads to the wide gate of hell. There are not many who want to do the right things and obey God. Instead of working hard, people want to steal or cheat. Sometimes, they even know that these things are wrong but they do not drive away the devil who is advising them to do wrong. Instead, they just take the easy way out and sin against God.

TODAY'S ACTION

Draw a narrow road leading to a narrow gate and a wide road leading to a wide gate. Tell someone where each type of gate leads to according to what you read today.
